Shipping Policy

At Ayurvedshakti we ensure that products are delivered to the Users timely. But because of few situations it could get delayed, which is not in anyones control. Still we try to give the best possible searvice to the customer, As it is related to their health.

1. All the orders are shipped within 48 hours of placing the order. All products are shipped from the operating office located in Hyderabad (India) to respective shipping address(s) provided by the user/customer/patient. As we endeavour to deliver of our products across India, we partner with third party courier services providers viz. Udaan / Delhivery. (“Courier Partners”) to effectuate delivery. Details of delivery are sent to customer by our team and also by courier partner via SMS.
2. A standard date of delivery is provided to the Users in the order confirmation email. Users are to provide complete street address along with their pin code details at the time of placing the purchase order.
3. All the orders are processed in working weekdays i.e. from Monday to Saturday, excluding national or declared holidays.
4. In some cases customer book multiple products in one transaction, efforts will be made to ship all products together. However, it depends of the products availability. Furthermore, we process orders to only one shipping address per order, to avoid the confusion and bad servisability.
5. We do not ship any order to Post Office Box address(es) and we do not take any responsibility for non-delivery of any orders in case an order is delivered to P. O. Box and not received by the customer/patient.
