In case of package returned with medicines and products in good condition within 7 days of package received at customer end, company will refund the amount paid by customer. Only the courier and handling charges (depends on the products shipping cost) will be deducted as levied by courier company.
We have a strict NO REFUND POLICY if products are returned by customer after more than 8 days package received at customer end. If package was not delivered due to any reason, company is not liable for any refund. In that case company can resend the package again, customer just needs to pay courier charges in that case.

The refunds made to your credit card or bank account may be subject to deduction of charges as applicable by the banks. After deduction of the bank charges and other applicable charges, refund will be initiated.
It will take at least 7 to 10 working days to process agreed refunds for payments made online.
AyurvedShakti do not charge any fee on cancellation of an appointment if the cancellation is done before 24 hours of appointment. However, a fee of 150/- will be charged if the cancellation is done with in 24 hours of booking time. Cancellation of appointment can be done by calling our customer care number +91-9390919102.
In case of any issues relating to online payment using a payment gateway from the website, we shall not be liable for any such payments issues. You should reach out to the payment gateway provider. You will get there contact in the email they send you for payment failure or success.
All the appointment will be done only online, and treatment will be given based on the reports and health conditions shared by the patient. There is no physical visiting available as of now.
